Reflexology is a technique used to stimulate the neural pathways linked to the body systems supporting the body's efforts to function optimally.  Reflexology works on the premise that there are reflex areas in the feet that affect every system in the body including circulatory, respiratory, digestion, central nervous, reproductive, immune and more, as well as the soul.  A reflexologist will apply pressure to targeted areas to restore a positive energy flow throughout the body.  Each session aides the body to cleanse the body of toxins, boost the immune system, increase circulation, balance the energy fields, and promote healthy living.
